These Terms explain the rules that apply when you access the EpicOdds website, create an account, place bets, use promotions, make payments, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the EpicOdds website, accounts, betting features, promotions, content, communications, and related services. 3. Account registration and verification

We may refuse, limit, suspend, cancel, or void bets where permitted, including where there is an obvious pricing error, technical fault, late bet, market integrity issue, prohibited activity, duplicate account activity, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirement.

- Market rules, dead heat rules, abandonment rules, postponement rules, and settlement rules may vary by sport, racing code, event, and bet type.
- Results are settled using official sources and applicable product rules.
- Where an error affects displayed odds, event data, customer balances, bonuses, or settlement, we may correct the error and adjust affected accounts.
- Cash out, early payout, bonus bet, multi, same-game, racing, and promotional features may have separate terms and may not always be available.
6. Promotions, bonuses, and offers
Promotions are discretionary and may be subject to eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiry periods, minimum odds, maximum winnings, excluded markets, verification conditions, and other offer-specific rules. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions where permitted.
Promotional abuse is prohibited. This includes creating duplicate accounts, collusion, hedging designed to exploit offers, using misleading details, manipulating technical systems, or otherwise acting contrary to the intended purpose of an offer.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the Platform or engage in conduct that is unlawful, unfair, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the operator, other customers, sports or racing integrity, or the wider community.
- Using false details, stolen payment methods, identity documents that are not yours, or misleading information.
- Opening duplicate accounts or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Attempting to manipulate odds, markets, bet settlement, promotional rules, or technical systems.
- Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated betting systems, or unauthorised software.
- Participating in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match fixing, insider betting, or other prohibited activity.
- Harassing staff, using abusive language, making threats, or submitting false complaints.
- Interfering with website security, attempting unauthorised access, or introducing malware.
8. Responsible gambling
You are responsible for gambling within your means. The Platform may provide responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, account history, and support information. You agree not to attempt to bypass responsible gambling restrictions or use another person’s account while restricted.
We may restrict marketing, suspend accounts, decline bets, close accounts, or take other action where required or appropriate for responsible gambling, legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance reasons.
9. Intellectual property and website content
The Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, odds displays, software, data compilations, user interface elements, images, layout, and other content, is protected by intellectual property and related laws. You may request account closure through support or account settings where available. Closure does not affect rights and obligations that arose before closure, including settlement, verification, withdrawals, disputes, investigations, chargebacks, or record-keeping duties.

If you have a complaint or dispute, contact support with relevant details such as date, time, bet reference, transaction reference, screenshots, account email, and a clear description of the issue. We may investigate logs, account records, payment records, market data, and communications before responding.
You agree to cooperate reasonably with investigations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, additional escalation routes may be available depending on the applicable regulatory framework and your location.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where required. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure subject to verification, settlement, and legal requirements.
